Perfect Pizza Crust
Today’s culinary adventure was less of an adventure, since I made up this recipe back in Brazil, so it’s been tested and retested. This truly is the best pizza crust I have ever made. The egg adds flavor, the yogurt makes it fluffy and chewy, and it has the perfect proportion of sugar and salt. Though I realize that since this is the third recipe I’ve posted and the second containing yogurt, I should just call this the Plain Yogurt Blog and get it over with.

One of the pizzas I made was roasted chicken/ mushroom/ mozzarella. It was fantastic.
